One ski pass covers 5 prime ski resorts, which covers an incredible 865kms of impeccable runs, and features a total of 276 ski lifts.
The 'Salzburg Sportwelt' comprises of 8 ski resorts – Flachau, Wagrain, St Johann-Alpendorf, Radstadt, Altenmarkt – Zauchensee, Kleinarl, Eben and of course Filzmoos.
Haus-Spencer is conveniently located close to both the ski and nursery slopes. The Papageno gondola takes you on to the Rossbrand or the 4 man chair lift, which leads you up on to the Grossberg. From both areas you can ski back down to the village. Due to its location Filzmoos is snow sure and boasts no lift queues and wide uncrowded attractive pistes!
With views over the Dachstein and Bischofsmütze mountains, Filzmoos is a perfect ski resort for families, beginners, intermediates, advanced skiers and snow boarders.
For beginners, gentle nursery slopes are conveniently placed close to Haus-Spencer and the village centre, one opposite the Grossberg chair lift and an alternative at Rettenegg.
For intermediates, the main area is the Grossberg, where the Mooslehen chair lift connects to Neuberg in the next valley. The central Papageno 6 person gondola gives access to the Moosalm slopes for marvellous descents directly down to the village.
More advanced skiers will enjoy the challenging black run reached via the Papageno gondola and descends from the Schneekanone. They will also be able experience the extensive Salzburger Ski Amadé Region. At Haus-Spencer we can offer excursions to the neighbouring resorts enabling you to experience hours of fantastic skiing. All are within 10 to 20 minutes drive of Filzmoos. There will be a small charge for this.

At the top of the Papageno gondola there is the high mountain Rossbrand trail which is 14kms long at 1600 – 1700m for cross country skiing. There are 20kms of other classic valley trails in all parts of the resort, and we strongly recommend you to look at the Tourist Information website at www.filzmoos.at for all the details you will need.

He is experienced and familiar with the snow and weather conditions, making sure you will have an enjoyable day skiing. He knows how to treat the idyll of white powder with caution and how to enjoy a safe tour.
The ski amadé region (Salzburger Sportwelt, Schladming-Dachstein-Tauern, Gasteinertal, Hochkönigs Winterreich and Grossarl Valley) is like no other in the Alps, such a small area offering 276 top modern lifts, 865 km of pistes with slopes of all levels of difficulty, guaranteed snow and lots of other attractions. All available on just one ski pass, which also includes the ski area of Filzmoos.

There are 4 rental shops in Filzmoos, with the nearest to us being Sport Stefan, where we believe you will receive a personal service from the ski educated staff there. The rental shop is only a couple of minutes from Haus-Spencer. They will cater for your entire ski, snowboard, cross country or toboggan hire.
